It appears we can use the terms in LOINC / Relma without additional permissions. See the attached email correspondence. Also we have the name of a content person for NAACCR at LOINC, but no NAACCR person was identified if there are new observations in V18. The LOINC does not care much about the XML or whatever model is used to contain the observations. I can look into the “Anwers”, if those exist in LOINC.
