Another general practice to which I emailed a message encrypted with the
practice's HeSA digital certificate (that they presumably obtained to use for
Medicare Online Claiming) says:

"Unfortunately we use Eudora for our email which is not supported by PKI. We
will need to change programs
to Outlook or similar."

My brief reading of the Eudora specs online seems to suggest that Eudora should
be able to use the practice's HeSA digital certificate and other X509
certificates, so perhaps the practice just doesn't know how to do this.

Could anybody who knows whether Eudora can use HeSA's digital certificates
please let me know? If it can, I will let the practice know that they need to
RTFM or get help with setting Eudora up to use their certificate.
