I went on a modified Pritikin diet many years ago...for about 6 months
or so. I felt bloody good whilst I was on it and lost quite a bit of
weight. Have no idea what it did for my lipids (wasn't interested),
but it wasn't really my thing, so I gave it up. Might try again
sometime, just for fun. G

Diet? Fish OIls? Olive OIl?
I persuaded one lady onto a Pritikin style diet one month ago, and she comes
back to tell me she's lost weight, has more energy and feels good. Two more
weeks to see how the lipid profile goes.
