Ehm, I don't know anything about patching, etc. Years ago, I was able to 
selfcompile my gpg, that's all ;-)

Privat, and I just need it to decrypt old mails. Plus, this year this hassle 
will finally stop, maybe idea becomes a part of the ciphers then, again.
