Dear Derick, could you elaborate a bit more what you mean with "framework" and with "fails to start"? Maybe you could create a bug report[1] with the following information:
1. How does the workflow look like? 1.1. Do X. 1.2. Do Y. 1.3. Do Z. 2. What do you expect? To see Z. 3. What happens instead I see W.
