Appears that this is not libgcrypt related and I believe only affecting 32-bit systems.
If affected, I recommend removal of v2..0.17 and installing v2.0.16 from http://macgpg2.sourceforge.net/ Have my laptop with me and working on a plain 32-bit build for testing.
