Hi Braulio,

in spite of the fact that I had already MacGPG2-2.0.17 installed and
running in my computer, I have gone through the following steps, just to
be sure :-)

To avoid misunderstandings, the current MacGPG2-2.0.17-9 can be
downloaded from:
<http://www.gpgtools.org/macgpg2.html>

The download will place (in the download directory that you have chosen
for your downloads) a disk image file named: MacGPG2-2.0.17-9.dmg
You should verify that download, by further downloading either the .sig
or sha-1 checksum.

The converted disk image .dmg will display a MacGPG2 window with two
items: the installer package, named: MacGPG2-2.0.17-9 and an empty trash
can with the mention 'Uninstall'

I suggest that you quit all running applications, and only then double
click the installer icon. Yes, this is an overkill, but it's good Mac
practice.

In my attempt, the above installer ran smoothly, without any problems.

When the installer completes its task, I [strongly] suggest that you
restart your computer.

When booting is completed, please launch Terminal, and run the following
Command Line Instructions, one after the other. Please note that in the
following lines, the character $ shows automatically in Terminal after
your user name.

$ gpg2 --version
$ gpg-agent
$ echo test | gpg2 -aser "Braulio Silva" | gpg2
then again
$ echo test | gpg2 -aser "Braulio Silva" | gpg2
then
$ ps waux | grep gpg-agent

Please let know the list the result of your attempts.

Charly
