That version used to be visible on the gpgtoosls site and is still available here: https://github.com/gpgmail/GPGMail/downloads. It would probably be a good thing if it was visible from the site again - anyone with a PPC machine, for instance, can't go beyond 10.5 and might need it still. Unrelatedly I have just installed 1.3.2, which worked entirely painlessly for me on 10.6. And it automatically encrypts (signs) replies to encrypted (signed) messages.
