That's why GitHub is available for everybody, as is the wiki. As Alex said, if any of this structure needs improvement - let us know or work on it. Main focus should be to offer great tools for a broad audience. Both newbies and tech-experts. I wasn't trying to say that in-depth knowledge is a bad thing.
