Since when is this list run on Nimbus?

In these circumstances I view through the list of where reports are to be sent 
and deliberately uncheck all receivers except the source of the spam. There was 
only one report being sent in this case, to Nimbus, which I could not associate 
with this list.

If this list is somehow on Nimbus, my apologies. Also note that Spamcop never 
blacklists anyone without verified and repeated reports.
