I don't have a new iPod here (except for my iPod mini, which doesn't play any video), so I can't test this. Maybe it's just the files that are not suitable for playback on the iPod? Can someone please try adding the feed via iTunes and see if it works when copying it from iTunes (same feed, same iPod, same videos?)
