Thanks, I've cleaned it up a bit and comitted it in SVN trunk r743.
We can also have an audio notification if we enter something like this for
"cmd_all_downloads_complete":
aplay /usr/share/sounds/purple/receive.wav
Really great stuff, I'm impressed :) Can you please also add the description of
this feature (including description of the format and content of the
environment variables) to http://wiki.gpodder.org/wiki/User_Manual ? Probably
also with an example script, or the example command line seen above (aplay).
