Summary: Remember windows size and column width in "new episodes"
                    and "remove old episodes" dialogs
           Product: gPodder
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: feature request
          Priority: low
         Component: Application
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   Estimated Hours: 0.0

When I start up the dialogs "new episodes" and "remove old episodes" the window
that shows up is rather small and all columns of the list except "Episode" are
so small that I barely see the information. However, when I resize/maximize the
window and adjust the size of all columns manually so that it suits me, gPodder
doesn't remember my changes and at next start the dialog and the columns are
small again.

So gPodder should:

* remember the window size and whether those dialogs have been maximized (I
personally like to have it maximized).
* remember the width of all columns when the user adjusts them manually; by
default most of them are too small even when the dialog has been maximized.
