1. Episode states are now an enum, not a set of flags.
2. The history of downloaded episodes remains when
a channel is deleted and added again.
3. Semantics of dbsqlite.mark_episode() changed (simplifie,
changes all flags with one call).
4. db.load_channel_stats() replaced with db.get_channel_stat().
5. removed fix_corrupted_state()
6. moved STATE_* from podcastChannel to db.
7. removed podcastItem.get_state()
8. disabled updates of the channel list during upgrade, this
makes it so much quicker.
9. class method podcastChannel.get_by_url() replaced
with podcastChannel.load().
10. podcastChannel.update() updates the current channel.
11. Disabled showing of episode url during database upgrade, because
it was slowing things down dramatically.
12. "Do not download" is only displayed for unplayed new episodes.
