When you close the channel settings dialog by pressing the "Close" button,
everyhing is ok. But if you click on the built-in [x] icon to close window, or
press Alt+F4, you'll get an empty popup window with the channel name in its
title. It will reappear as you edit other channels.
This happens to be a problem with the cover_downloader service, which is
unregistered in on_btnOK_clicked() instead of on_gPodderChannel_destroy(). The
attached patch fixed this behaviour.
