I'm against "MP3 player" or "Media player", because not every mp3/media player is a MTP device. Naming it "MP3 player" might lead people to believe every MP3 player is supported, and might make people upset. Naming it "MTP-based player" lets people wonder what an "MTP-based player" is (if they don't know already) and have them look up the info (if their MP3 player is MTP-based) and choose the correct item.
