I've started working on optimizing the way gPodder refreshes treeChannels and
treeAvailable. The changes are available in the 'maemo-optimizations' branch of
my gPodder fork: http://repo.or.cz/w/gpodder/nikosapi.git
So far I've been able to prevent gPodder from fully recreating the treeChannels
model for simple actions like marking an episode as played.
