This is a valid feature request, and it won't change the behavior for other users that have their list sorted by name. Special cases (e.h. when there is not enough room on the device) should be handled _before_ syncing, anyway, so this does not change the set of episodes synced as well. I suppose we should simply be able to sort the list of episodes before syncing (or even just reversing the list if sorting by pubdate is not possible). Care to write a patch?
