Summary: gpodder --run fails when run from cron with a dbus
                    related error
           Product: gPodder
           Version: 0.15.0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Application
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

This is on FreeBSD 6.4-STABLE with python-2.5,2

Running gpodder --run from cron results in the following

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/gpodder", line 185, in <module>
    sys.exit( main())

Running gpodder --run from the command line works but you get the following
diagnostics:

Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display ":0.0".

Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display ":0.0".

This was after the upgrade to 0.15. Since the upgrade didn't seem to be able to
use the old db I ended up throwing out the config directory and the podcasts on
hand and starting fresh. Shouldn't be anything in there.

There was an X session running and d-bus was up for that session but the cron
job shouldn't be worrying itself with active X sessions.
