I did a 'git pull' yesterday (3-31) so I'm relatively up to date. Gpodder
reports itself as 0.15.0.
I had no existing podcasts in gpodder at the time this happened. Here are my
steps:
- Clicked 'Check for Updates'
- [feeds got checked for new episodes]
- The dialog presented me a list of the new episodes. I deselected one, then
hit 'download'. The download button got depressed and stayed that way
- [the main window of gpodder, in the background, goes black]
- [my router light was blinking mad, so I think episodes were getting
downloaded. I let gpodder sit in this state for more than ample time, waiting
for router light to stop blinking]
- I hit ctrl-C in the terminal, and grabbed the verbose output below
- All but one of the podcasts appeared to have been downloaded upon gpodder
restart.
