Having installed gPodder on Windows 7 for the first time, I have added a few
podcasts via URL. Only the latest podcast is shown in the 'New episodes are
available for download' dialogue - despite there being 10 episodes available
and never downloaded (it's a clean machine and install).
I would normally want to 'catch up' with all the previous podcasts available
from a feed upon subscribing, so I think all the available episodes should be
shown here, perhaps only with the latest ticked for downloaded. This way the
behaviour is the same but the option to select all for download remains.
