The toplist should be shown on the website, without the need to log in.
Each entry should contain
* the position
* the podcast logo
* the podcast title
* the number of subscriber
* a subscribe link
The subscribe link should link to a page with the podcasts url's as a
parameter, and should then ask the user with which device he wants to subscribe
to the podcast.
