Users should have the possibility to unsusbscribe a podcast on the website.
Currently a podcast-page lists the devices on which the podcast is subscribed
to, and the device-page lists the podcasts subscribed on it. Please add an icon
to each of those subscription. Clicking it should link to
/podcast/<podcast-id>/unsubscribe/<device-id>?return_to=<podcast|device>
When using the link on the podcast-page, return_to should be set to podcast.
Same for device.
The view for this url should remove the subscription given by (podcast-id,
device-id) by creating a unsubscribe-event using the current date and time.
Depending on the return_to parameter, the view should then redirect to the page
from which the user was coming.
