In order for the client to recognize newly-added podcasts after a
synchronization between two devices has been set up, the "timestamp" of the
subscribe action should be set to the current time when synchronization is
activated. Otherwise, the client might not "see" subscription actions that are
the result of a synchonization when the subscribe action has been carried out
before the last sync of the client with the server.
