Problem 1:
When the window is visible, and you click on the tray icon, it doesn't really
minize in the tray icon, it only minimizes to the taskbar and then goes
inivisible on the task bar. It has the effect that when the user has
compositing enabled (compiz etc) the minimize animation goes to the task bar
and not to the tray icon.
Problem 2:
When you minimize to the tray icon, then switch to another desktop, and after a
while click on the tray icon again to make it appear again, it appears on the
first desktop and not on the one that you're currently on.
I think these two problems would be solved by using a *real* minimize to tray
icon and not minimizing to the taskbar and setting the skip-taskbar hint.
