it is tedious to go over to each feed, mark the new casts and transfer. maybe a
right-click item on the feed to 'transfer all new episodes', and even better -
at the download tab, add an option to transfer all new downloaded casts, which
translates to the sum of going to each feed, selecting all new casts and
clicking transfer.
