Usecase:
The user has subscribed to 2 newsfeeds, the daily "news of the day". Normally
he only wants to download feed A. On some days feed A is not available. In this
case he wants to download feed B.
With the current gPodder the user clicks on "Check for Updates" in the dialogue
"New episodes available" he sees feeds A and B and has to deselect feed B.
Everyday he sees more feeds from B, unless he marks them as "never download".
I would like an option, do exclude feed B from the "Check for Updates". In the
cases feed A is not available, the user can "right click" on feed B and select
"update feed" from the context menu.
