At random times gPodder will stop responding to clicks on individual podcasts.
Example: Start downloading a podcast or two. Click on some other program, check
back on gPodder and click on title of a podcast (under the Podcasts pane)
you're trying to download, and it won't select the podcast and you cannot see
anything under the Episodes pane.
This has been happening on two different machines under 2.13. I can't identify
anything that triggers the behavior, because it seems fairly random, but it
happens on multiple machines and under multiple accounts.
