I have this problem for instance with the Screencasters Microsodes (http://screencasters.heathenx.org/microsode_feed.xml), there are 10 episodes in the feed. If I remove it from gpodder and shortly after add this Webcast anew, the download dialog will open with all 10 episodes in it. If I cancel the dialog only the newest episode will appear in the episode listing. This happens to a system with gpodder 2.13 under lucid which has a huge and somewhat old database. It didn't happen on a fresh install of maverick (also with gpodder 2.13) with a relatively fresh database.
