Hello Thomas, thank you for your support, I have tested svn version and it works fine ! now I can watch these episode on my ipod.
Unfortunately during my test, I fall on an other bug : my ipod was nearly full, and gpodder doesn't care if disk is full. After that, all my video, music and podcast has disappear from my ipod ! I have repaired my ipod db with gtkpod : removing all podcasts and orphan files and everything works again. I think it's a good idea to check if there some space left on ipod before copying a file.
