Thanks. You should be able to add this to the Wiki yourself, I guess.
As for Gentoo and ebuilds, I think you can submit your updated ebuild
to the Gentoo Bug tracker and some Gentoo developer will have a look at
it and commit it to their repository ("Portage"?).
Please also don't forget that there is an optional dependency on pymtp
now, thanks to Jerome's great work on MTP-based device support.
