The "pill" is what I call the display of unplayed/downloaded files in the podcast list, because it looks like (or should look like) the pill from Dr. Mario (although I've never played that game ;): http://cache.kotaku.com/gaming/images/drmarioinsulin.jpg I'd be glad to change the name of that image/thing to something more obvious to the user if you can come up with a more descriptive name :) HTH.
