I synced gpodder with my iPod, and it deleted all the synced episodes. Trouble
is, the sync failed (with very little by way of error messages) because I
didn't have write permission to the iPod.
I suggest
(a) gpodder should emit a more explicit error message if when trying to
sync it finds it doesn't have write access to the device
(b) gpodder should not delete episodes when an attempted sync has failed.
I am using gpodder 2.7-1 under Fedora 13.
