Hi. So, no automatically generated device id as the documentation says? How can I then be sure that the device id I give (e.g. N9) is then unique?

Sorry I know, definitly sth that could be made a little bit more clear. It had that name in the gpodder API, now it is only "configure device". > So if I leave the "const QString& deviceId" parameter empty (or give > it a reference to a local QString) then that will contain the system > generated unique device id? No, you have to set the DeviceID yourself to create a Device. E.g. N9 or PC_N9 (for Podcasts N9) ... sth like that ;) Stefan -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAk6cCC8ACgkQlZvAMV/NgGJ4gwCgoZokMd1Euk8o1xpbmDBu3n43 n9cAnj+eWlBeNfRoq+qzZZdrcKVHbaWA =CtKH -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ gpodder-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/gpodder-devel
