NTRIP is simply a protocol to obtain an RTCM stream over the internet. Then you take the stream and feed it to the receiver. So saying you added "ntrip" doesn't really say much. You should explain what kind of data, from where, and ideally in what datum. When you supply RTCM3, perhaps MSM4, then your receiver does more calculations. You also didn't explain how you are measuring time and if there is a PPS line to a pin, or something else. Or give a quantitative assessment of your accumulated data. Please read the F9P documentation and see what it says about time accuracy during RTK. Perhaps try to use an RTCM source with pseudorange corrections, instead of carrier phase reference data. Probably RTCM2 vs RTCM3.
