Here's something you can try:
When gPXE starts, press Control-B. You will see the gPXE CLI ("gPXE> ").
At the gPXE CLI, enter
gPXE> dhcp net0
...
When you see "ok", try
gPXE> show username
...
gPXE> show password
...
gPXE> config
