Good day Fatih, In regards to introducing delays into gPXE's execution, please see the "Customize" button found here[1]. While customizing, you may enable "TIME_CMD" under the "Command Line Options" section. This corresponds to the same setting being #defined in gpxe/src/config/general.h and compiling gPXE yourself. This gives you the 'time' and 'sleep' commands. I think you are interested in the 'sleep' command, in particular.
