Good day Adrian, A packet capture might help, but might require some sifting through to determine which sector accesses are in regards to the file itself and which are for FAT processing overhead.
A bonus would be if you could also determine which sector your test file winds up beginning on. That could require some FAT FS info. dumping tool, though.
