Yes, I remember reading about *CCBoot*. Because we don’t have the source code, we can’t really know what they’ve changed. However, you can try: http://rom-o-matic.net/gpxe/gpxe-git/gpxe.git/contrib/rom-o-matic/build.php Look for *BANNER_TIMEOUT* You can also try *undionly.kkpxe* or *gpxe.kkpxe* and using *use-cached*.
