There should be an 'upgrade this branch' button on the branch page, if you have write access to the branch. If you're confident none of your contributors are using bzr earlier than 1.16 (which is in Ubuntu Hardy) then we can do a bulk-upgrade for you. For people who are on hardy, there are still updates in <http://pad.lv/ppa/bzr>.
