Sorry we didn't get to this sooner.
Please post the output of whisper-info.py for this .wsp file.
Also, just to check, do the same whisper-info.py on your old 0.9.8
system.
I don't think that the format of the wsp files has changed (could be
wrong) but there might be additional restriction that have been added.
