I have around 35k metrics coming to a single aggregator and then aggregator sends those metrics, after aggregating, to the carbon-cache. I just have one of each, aggregator and carbon-cache, right now. I want to increase the number of aggregators since it's CPU usage is ever increasing - starts at 20 and then it very slowly and steadily goes up to 90 and if I restart the aggregator the story repeats. I am not sure why is this steady increase in the CPU usage is there? And how should I actually overcome it.
