molecularchaos confirmed that the question is solved:
Figured out the issue.

When you delete a graph it puts in the name of the graph, in this case
server_inbound automatically.  If your graph is in a hierarchy this will
fail.  You must put in the whole path to the graph as in
level1.server_inbound.

Possible future fix?
