I think it worths to submit PRs to master.
A lot of changes have been made since 0.9.10 release, and not all people are
happy to upgrade to 0.9.12 yet. The more feedback devs receive on 0.9.12 - the
better decision they could make about 0.9.x future - merge megacarbon and go
further with 0.10 or release 0.9.13 to fix minor "fixes" introduced in 0.9.12.
