It was added to master branch of whisper project on github and IIRC something
was happened with that commit -
https://github.com/graphite-project/whisper/pull/30
But commit is still there -
https://github.com/graphite-project/whisper/commit/3987c5eb7b9a5a86a5f58525eaf74177d4257668
You can try to apply that patch to your sources or create new PR for master or
0.9.x branch.
