STORAGE_DIR should be the same for both configs. E.g. set it to /data.
Rest is fine - set LOCAL_DATA_DIR and WHISPER_DIR to same location. Do not
forget to check permissions - that dir should be writable for carbon daemon,
and readable by your webserver user (www-data)
