(oh my!) For:
http://wald.intevation.org/tracker/? func=detail&aid=380&group_id=21&atid=188
r.in.wms will now use curl if wget isn't found (and curl is found, of course). If both are installed, wget takes priority.
I added an option: curloptions, because the default options equivalent to wget are different.
