ppmtompeg: r.out.mpeg
pngtopnm: d.out.gpsdrive
pnmtojpeg: d.out.gpsdrive
pnmscale: xganim.tcl

d.out.gpsdrive: pngtopnm, pnmtojpeg
r.out.mpeg: ppmtompeg (but can also use mpeg_encode instead)
