The opt->guisection setting selects the tab into which the option/flag will 
belong in the module's auto-generated GUI. If the parser code which generates 
the 'g.module --tcltk' code included G_msg(), what use would that be to the 
translators? ie how would they compile a list of phrases to be translated 
without running every module and parsing the --tcltk output?
