I think that Markus is collecting information at present and has posted a number of general guidelines on the WIKI. Eric Patton has volunteered to coordinate the documentation effort and so far has no competition for the job ;-) (I'm copying both Markus and Eric) We certainly need documentation in other languages besides English.
